- Is this a scraper for realestate.com.au?
- No. Property Finder is gov-data only — NSW Planning Portal, Valuer-General, EPA, Geoscience, ABS, ASIC. We never scrape commercial real-estate portals. User-pasted listing URLs are read via OG tags + JSON-LD only, with explicit consent.
- Why only NSW and QLD?
- Each state has its own planning portal, anti-bot patterns, and valuation systems. We chose to ship two states deeply rather than eight states shallowly. Other states roll out as the scrapers harden. Tap any other state on the coverage map to join its waitlist.
- How are uploaded contracts secured?
- Encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2, signed-URL access only, auto-expiring evidence retention. Every log line passes through Microsoft Presidio for PII redaction before it lands in storage. Privacy Act export & delete are wired in Settings.
- What if a generation fails?
- You're auto-refunded — a positive credit row lands in your ledger within seconds, with reason
refund_failureand the failed report's id attached.
