- Why is the snapshot so cheap?
- It runs at near zero margin on purpose — the snapshot is a CAC tool, not a profit centre. Standard and Premium are where the business carries.
- What if a report fails to generate?
- Credits are auto-refunded if the pipeline hits a fatal error (out-of-coverage state, scrape failure, or budget breach). You'll see a refund row in your ledger within a few seconds.
- Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
- Yes — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Use the customer portal in Settings (or email us). Credits already in your ledger don't expire.
- What states are supported?
- NSW and QLD are fully covered in v1. The other six states are on a "Notify me" list — submit your email and we'll let you know when scraping lands. Uploaded-contract Premium reports work everywhere.
- How does data privacy work?
- Uploaded contracts are encrypted at rest and stripped of PII in our logs via Microsoft Presidio. You can export or delete every byte of your data from Settings (Privacy Act compliant).
