Terms of service

Service

Property Finder generates due-diligence reports for Australian residential and commercial property using government-published data. Reports cite every claim and link to the underlying source. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice; reports are an evidence package for your own diligence process.

Payments & refunds

Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Subscription tiers renew monthly or annually. Failed report generations are auto-refunded as a positive credit row in your ledger. If a generation completes but contains a verifiable factual error against a cited source, contact support within 14 days for a full credit refund.

Acceptable use

Reports are licensed for use within your organisation and your clients' due-diligence processes. Bulk redistribution, scraping, or repackaging into a competing product is prohibited.

Liability

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of report contents — verify cited sources for material decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
